We do respect the rights of our employees to work in a safe environment and in peace and harmony. Any racial, ethnic or religious jokes or slurs, or making anyone uncomfortable as a result of one's comments or behavior, verbal or non-verbal will not be tolerated. The culture of an individual should never be the subject of a joke. Favoritism or unequal treatment of employees of a different culture or discrimination of any kind is forbidden. This notice is to be taken seriously. Anyone found in violation of our discrimination policy can be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. We expect all of our employees and managers will treat all people with courtesy and respect.
