Any person who feels their right to work in a harassment-free environment has been violated should report it immediately.
Harassment or bullying at work can be very stressful and a person can experience significant mental and physical health problems that can completely destroy confidence, cause financial problems due to absence, post traumatic stress disorder, sleep disturbances, phobias, increased depression/self blame, digestive problems and their abilities crumble to the point where they do not have the self-belief to get a job anywhere else.

3. KEEP A DIARY OF EVENTS
4. CONFRONT THE CULPRIT
5. REPORT IT TO YOUR EMPLOYER
6. FURTHER FORMAL ACTION & SUPPORT
