It is the responsibility of all Employees & Management to ensure that the workplace is free of any type of behavior that could be perceived as uncomfortable or hostile. An hostile environment is described as an atmosphere sufficient to alter the conditions of employment and create an abusive working environment.
Anyone who feels they have experienced or witnessed any behavior that could be considered hostile should report it.
I do not know if it's just me or if perhaps everybody else experiencing problems with your website. It looks like some of the written text on your posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them too? This may be a problem with my web browser because I've had this happen before.
