Sexual Harassment is when unwelcome sexual advances are made toward another person. A construction company was reprimanded because one of their male workers whistled at a group of women in a far off distance.
- Sexual Harassment can include, but is not limited to, requests for sexual acts or favors, repeatedly asking another for dates or any other unwelcome verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexually suggestive and/or harassing nature.
Anyone who feels they have experienced or witnessed any behavior that could be considered sexual in nature should report it immediately.
